Hello!
My name is Inna Karamyan and I am a student at the University of California San Diego pursuing a major in political science, international relations and a minor in design. I am originally from the Bay Area, but moved out to San Diego to attend college. In my free time I play field hockey for the UCSD club team, bake banana bread in excess, and like to peruse Google Flights in the hopes of finding my next cheap getaway.
I come from a diverse educational background, which plays to my advantage as I pursue a career in UX/UI. My major in political science has given me the ability to use my insights, knowledge, reasoning, and technical skills to empathize and develop logical solutions for users. I became passionate about UX/UI after participating in design sprints during my time at UC San Diego. I was particularly impressed with the ability of individuals to solve seemingly grand tasks through design, an experience I want to translate into a career.
